  • • Once a creator provides an answer, the digital service is considered delivered
  • • Refunds will not be issued based on answer quality or satisfaction
  • • Users are encouraged to review creator profiles and previous answers before purchasing
  • • All sales are final once the answer is provided

Quality Expectations

While we cannot guarantee answer quality, creators are expected to provide thoughtful, relevant responses. Creators who consistently provide low-quality answers may have their accounts reviewed or terminated.

3. Unanswered Questions

7-Day Response Window

If a creator fails to answer your question within 7 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund:

  • • Automatic refund eligibility after 7 days without response
  • • Refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • • Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • • No action required - we monitor response times automatically

Creator Accountability

Creators who frequently fail to respond within the 7-day window may face account restrictions or termination. We maintain high standards for creator responsiveness.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Monthly Subscriptions

  • • Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle
  • • No refunds for partial months already billed
  • • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • • Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date

How to Cancel

Premium subscriptions can be cancelled through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

5. Technical Issues and Platform Errors

Payment Processing Errors

If you experience technical issues that prevent proper service delivery, we may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis:

  • • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • • Platform outages preventing access to purchased content
  • • Payment processing failures that still result in charges

Reporting Technical Issues

Report technical issues within 48 hours of occurrence for fastest resolution. Include transaction details and a description of the problem.
