While we cannot guarantee answer quality, creators are expected to provide thoughtful, relevant responses. Creators who consistently provide low-quality answers may have their accounts reviewed or terminated.
If a creator fails to answer your question within 7 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund:
Creators who frequently fail to respond within the 7-day window may face account restrictions or termination. We maintain high standards for creator responsiveness.
Premium subscriptions can be cancelled through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
If you experience technical issues that prevent proper service delivery, we may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis:
Report technical issues within 48 hours of occurrence for fastest resolution. Include transaction details and a description of the problem.
All payments are processed through Stripe. If you initiate a chargeback:
We prefer to resolve payment disputes directly rather than through chargeback processes. This approach is faster and helps maintain good standing for all parties involved.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts.
