Your agreement to use AMApage

These terms apply to users 18+ outside the European Union

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AMApage ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AMApage.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Important: Service Restrictions

  • • You must be 18 years or older to use AMApage
  • • Our services are not available to residents of the European Union
  • • By using our platform, you confirm you meet these requirements

These restrictions are in place to ensure compliance with local regulations and payment processing requirements. Users who do not meet these criteria are prohibited from using our services.

3. Platform Description

AMApage is a Q&A monetization marketplace that enables creators to:

  • • Answer questions from their audience for a fixed fee of $4.99 per question
  • • Earn $2.50 per answered question (50% revenue share)
  • • Offer premium subscriptions for exclusive access
  • • Build a monetized knowledge base through their expertise

Users can ask questions to creators and unlock detailed answers by paying the platform fee.

4. User Accounts

Account Requirements

  • • Must be at least 18 years old
  • • Must not be located in the European Union
  • • Must provide accurate and complete information
  • • Responsible for maintaining account security
  • • One account per person

Creator Accounts

  • • Subject to approval process based on expertise and platform fit
  • • Must complete Stripe Connect onboarding for payments
  • • Must maintain active and responsive presence on the platform
  • • Must provide sample Q&As demonstrating expertise

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By using our Platform, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

Payment Terms

  • • Questions cost $4.99 each
  • • Creators earn $2.50 per answered question
  • • Platform retains $2.49 per question for operational costs
  • • Premium subscriptions offer revenue sharing up to 50%
  • • We do not store payment information on our servers
  • • All transactions are processed in USD

Creator Payouts

  • • Payouts processed through Stripe Connect
  • • Standard payout schedule: daily with 2-day delay
  • • Minimum payout threshold: $1.00
  • • Stripe processing fees apply (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction)

6. Content Policies and Creator Responsibilities

Creator Obligations

  • • Provide accurate, helpful, and original answers
  • • Respond to questions within reasonable timeframes (typically 24-48 hours)
  • • Maintain professional conduct and respectful communication
  • • Ensure content complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • • Not share personal contact information or attempt to circumvent the platform

Content Standards

All content must be appropriate, legal, and valuable. Creators are responsible for the accuracy and quality of their answers.

7. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited:

  • • Illegal activities, violence, or harmful content
  • • Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
  • • Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material
  • • Spam, scams, or fraudulent activities
  • • Copyright infringement or unauthorized use of intellectual property
  • • Medical, legal, or financial advice requiring professional licensing
  • • Attempts to manipulate or game the platform
  • • Sharing personal contact information to bypass platform fees

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of questions you ask and answers you provide. By using the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform.

Platform Rights

AMApage and its associated trademarks, logos, and platform features are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding without explicit permission.

9. Platform Fees and Revenue Sharing

Question Fees

  • • Fixed $4.99 fee per question
  • • Creator earns $2.50 (50% after platform costs)
  • • Platform retains $2.49 for operational expenses

Premium Subscriptions

  • • Revenue sharing tiers based on subscriber count
  • • 0-99 subscribers: 0% revenue share
  • • 100+ subscribers: 30% revenue share
  • • 1,000+ subscribers: Higher revenue share (contact us)
  • • 10,000+ subscribers: Premium revenue share (contact us)

10. Account Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Platform, but previously answered questions may remain visible for platform integrity.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, illegal activities, or platform misuse. We will provide notice when possible, except in cases of severe violations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • • We provide the Platform "as is" without warranties
  • • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
  • • We are not responsible for creator content accuracy or quality
  • • We do not guarantee platform availability or uninterrupted service

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
